Refund & Cancellation Policy
Short version: Cancel any time — your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing month. If you subscribed in the last 24 hours, email us for a full refund, no questions asked.
1. Subscriptions & billing cycle
Gravio Pro and Gravio Team plans are billed monthly. Your subscription begins on the date you complete checkout and renews on the same calendar day each month. Payment is processed in advance of each billing period via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page or by contacting us at hello@gravio.dev.
When you cancel:
- Your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing month. You will not be charged again after that date.
- At the end of the billing period your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier — you keep your account, projects, and scan history.
- No partial-month credits are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle, except under the 24-hour refund window below.
3. 24-hour full refund
If you subscribed to Gravio Pro or Gravio Team within the last 24 hours and are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this window:
- Email hello@gravio.dev with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include the email address used at checkout and the approximate time of purchase.
- We will process the refund within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After the 24-hour window has passed, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Cancellation will prevent future charges.
4. Annual plans
If Gravio introduces annual billing in the future, this policy will be updated with pro-rata refund terms. Until then, all plans are monthly.
5. Free tier
The Free tier has no charge and therefore no refund applies. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@gravio.dev.
6. Exceptions & service disruptions
If Gravio experiences a significant service disruption (defined as more than 48 hours of total unavailability in a billing month), we will issue a prorated credit for that month upon request. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.
7. How to cancel
The fastest way to cancel is via Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan in your Gravio dashboard. You can also cancel by emailing hello@gravio.dev — we aim to process cancellation requests within 1 business day.
